Three modes in one tool: find the sale price, find the percentage off, or find the original price.
A discount calculator tells you the price after a percentage off, and how much money that saves. It is useful during sales, when comparing offers, or when you need the final price including tax.
It can also work backwards: if you know the sale price and the percentage taken off, it finds what the item cost before the discount.

Quick answers about using the MoSanKit Discount Calculator.
Sale price = original price × (1 − discount ÷ 100). A 25% discount on $80 is $80 × 0.75 = $60.
They are applied one after the other, not added together. 20% then 10% off is 28% off in total, not 30%, because the second discount applies to the already-reduced price.
This calculator applies tax after the discounts, which is how most shops charge it. Rules differ in some places.
Switch to "Find the original price", enter the sale price and the percentage off: original = sale price ÷ (1 − discount ÷ 100).
The calculator tells you it is a price increase and shows by how much.
